My work is rooted in creating imagery that feels timeless, refined, and deeply authentic. I'm drawn to the quiet in-between moments just as much as the grand celebrations, preserving your wedding with intention, artistry, and an eye for the details that make your story distinctly yours.
I have roots in both Austin and Maui, feel most at home by the ocean, and never pass up a good dirty chai. My favorite movie is Good Will Hunting, I'm a longtime Texas Volleyball season ticket holder, and I have an ever-growing collection of MQDs. But more than anything, I'm someone who finds endless joy in telling stories through photographs and in getting to know the incredible people who invite me into some of the most meaningful days of their lives.

Lana photographed our destination wedding weekend in Italy and we truly can’t recommend her enough. As context: we had 12 family members stay together in a large villa for four days, so it was an intimate celebration — and we can’t imagine anyone but Lana having joined us. She’s kind, communicative, organized, and easygoing. And she comes prepared. In the months leading up to our wedding, she worked with us to figure out a shoot schedule and style for various events ranging from candid pics of a pizza party to more traditional, posed family wedding photos. And on my wedding day — when I was frazzled about the finishing touches on my hair and running late for first-look photos — she calmly stepped in to help and keep us on schedule. Which is to say that she consistently went above and beyond what was expected to ensure that our day went smoothly and all we needed to do was enjoy it.
On a more technical level, she shot digitally, on film, and on Polaroids — and each kind of photo came out absolutely stunning. The simplest way to put it is that Lana is excellent at what she does. And when you’re hiring a photographer for an event, that’s exactly what you want.

We truly could not have asked for a better wedding photographer! Not only were our photos absolutely spectacular, but Lana was invaluable throughout the entire weekend, helping us stay organized and offering advice on the little details.
